“All of us have a story - and we all tell stories. I believe that the stories we tell about ourselves and others hold a heavy hand in our quality of life and the way that we view the world around us. I am passionate about counseling because I yearn to create space where others feel safe to explore and discover their authentic self – to feel heard, seen, and known. Throughout our sessions, I will create space for every part of you and will help you to discover and re-write the stories that no longer serve you.

I work with individuals and those who are de/reconstructing their religion/spirituality, or experiencing distress, trauma or pleasure related challenges that are caused by harmful religious experiences. I also offer workshops on religious and spiritual trauma. I'm skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches that aim to help clients become more centered, present, and able to regulate.

Outside of the counseling realm, I am probably drinking a cup of coffee (or 3), reading psychological thrillers, talking about the enneagram, writing, playing music, or doing yoga. My husband is my best mate - we have a dog and a cat (who we are kind of obsessed with) and we love traveling all around the states!

My therapeutic approach is built upon a foundation of compassion and acceptance. I focus on creating a space free of judgement where clients feel safe to be and explore exactly who they are. After building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship, clients can then truly flourish in the realm of challenge and growth.
